Access the Service: Current clients must contact CCCS, Inc.™ to obtain their authorized OPI access information, including the phone number and customer code.
Before You Call
Please have the following information ready before placing your call:
- Your assigned customer code
- The language needed
- Your company name, written in full
- Your full name
- Your department
- Your phone number
How the Service Works
Once your organization receives its authorized OPI access information from CCCS, Inc.™, follow these steps:
- Dial the OPI phone number provided to your organization
- Provide your assigned customer code
- State the language needed
- Provide your company name in full
- Provide your full name
- Provide your department
- Provide your phone number
Important Information
- Only authorized callers who can provide the required account information may use the service.
- If you need a third-party call out, please let the operator know at the beginning of the call.
- Some languages may require advance scheduling, such as Cape Verdean Creole.
About Our OPI Service
CCCS, Inc.™ provides Over the Phone Interpreting (OPI) for clients who need fast and convenient language support. OPI is especially useful for urgent situations, brief interactions, after-hours needs, and cases where an on-site interpreter is not available.

- When an interpreter is needed quickly
- For brief or unplanned interactions

Service Note
Call connection and audio quality depend on all parties involved in the call. Although calls are usually completed without issue, occasional interruptions such as dropped calls or audio problems may occur.
