Cross Cultural Communication Systems is pleased to introduce the newest member of our team. Gaye Gentes has joined our team as the Director of Interpreter Resources and Quality Assurance. The former Director, Daniel McLean will be leaving his position on May 17, 2019. We are extremely thankful to Mr. McLean and all of his contributions to CCCS. He will be greatly missed and we wish him much success in his future endeavors.

 

Ms. Gentes officially joined us on April 15, 2019 and will be handling all interpreter resource and quality assurance related matters. She is joining us with over 20 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles in the industry. In her most recent position, Ms. Gentes was the Program Director at Found in Translation and previously Manager for the Office of Court Interpreter Services at the Trial Court of Massachusetts and Director of Interpreter Services at Tufts Medical Center.
